Owning property in Artemis

            A property is anything built from a deed -- a studio, a
            corner shop, a townhouse, a penthouse. A deed is purchased
            from a developable plot. Walk into a plot and:

                property deeds                  see what can be built
                                                here
                property build <deed>           pay the deed's
                                                effective price; a
                                                small interior +
                                                entrance door spawn

            You can also buy properties other owners have listed:

                property list [zone]            browse what's for sale
                property buy <#>                acquires the listed
                                                property; this wipes
                                                the interior so you
                                                start fresh

            Day-to-day:

                property owned                  list your own

                property name <string>          set a private alias
                property address                show this address
                property sell <price>           list for sale (0 to
                                                delist)
                property transfer <character>   gift (wipes on
                                                completion)
                property roster                 list trustees
                property trust <character>      grant entry + decorate

                property untrust <character>    revoke
                property lockchange             remove every trustee
                                                in one go (5,000 cr)
